Note: We can ship only to the 50 U.S. states.

Telephone Orders - (toll free 1-800-662-5584) will be accepted Monday - Saturday 7 A.M. to 6 P.M. (Central Time). Please have your credit card (Visa or MasterCard) handy.

Fax Orders - (1-815-385-6269) can be accepted 24 hours, any day of the week. Pay with Visa or MasterCard.

Fast Shipping
We ship so your order will arrive in good condition. Except for HOLIDAYS, all orders received by 1:00 P.M. (Central Time) on Saturday will be shipped either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (and only on these days) the following week for delivery by Friday of that week. We reserve the right to make exceptions when unusual weather or other conditions require it.

Holiday Shipping Schedule Please order early.
Holiday shipping orders received by 1p.m. (central time) Monday December 10, 2007, will be shipped on Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Sorry, we cannot ship between Thursday, December 13, 2007, and January, 6, 2008. Normal shipping will resume Monday, January 7, 2008.

Special Packaging
You may order in complete confidence at ANY time of the year. To ensure peak freshness of our products - even during the hot summer months - we carefully pack them as illustrated. Then we rush your order via FedEx two day service to you.
The gel-ice (a frozen liquid sealed in plastic) can be re-frozen. Re-use it with the insulated Styrofoam container. This makes for an excellent picnic cooler and it is FREE with every order of individual products.

Our Minimum order (excluding SamplerPak or Gourmet Gift Package) is $30.00. Please order by package or piece as indicated on each item listed in the catalog. To preserve the freshness of our products they will be shipped in one piece and cannot be sliced (except for items #403 and #412 which are offered sliced only). We strive to keep actual weights as closely as possible to the weights shown for each product. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of the products.

Prices - listed for individual items are for products only and do not include shipping and handling (except as noted on the SamplerPak and Gourmet Gift Package). Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
